Join your fellow GSMAers for a one hour open forum to discuss what you and they are working on that can prepare you for Re-entry.  Topics will include both Sales/Marketing and Operations:


  • What will your new message be for May, June, July and beyond? Will it change as the year progresses?
  • Product Planning – changes to your current marketing message, change to your product mix. 
  • How much new product do you need versus re-marketing existing product?
  • Target market shift – where your product is sold might shift, are you prepared?
  • Traditional sales tools – catalogs, mailers, advertising, email, promotions. What will be most effective?  What do you need more of? What do you need less of?
  • What are your major retailers saying about their plans for the remainder of 2020?


  • Can your suppliers produce?
  • Resources needed to ramp back up.
  • People - did you lose personnel?
  • Product flow
  • Technology
  • Credit concerns –
  • Crafting messages and offering options for slow pay/past due accounts
  • Creating meaningful promotions that work for the company and retailer.
